Small Intention Jar

Each jar contains Lavender Buds (for calming), Himalayan Sea Salt (for sleep), and Amethyst (for healing)

Hold the jar and rub in your hands to distract your mind and to let go of anxious thoughts and feelings.  Open the jar and inhale the Lavender and Himalayan Sea Salts.  Place your worries in the jar before you go to sleep and put the lid back on to keep the anxious thoughts at bay at night.
